What Does A Recognition Chair Do?

Educates volunteers on the adult recognition process. Promotes, encourages, and facilitates the nomination of outstanding volunteers for service unit, council, and national recognitions, and ensures nominations are submitted on time.

Who Can Be An Adult Recognition Chair?

Any registered and screened adult 18 or older, female or male who has completed the following courses: Volunteering For Girl Scouts, Adult Recognitions Tutorial. Position Description
