Reservation Periods
The following sites have one reservation period. Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 2 p.m. the next day:
Bothin • Butano Creek • Hidden Falls • Skylark Ranch
The following sites have three separate reservation periods: Day is 10 a.m.-4 p.m.; Single Night is 5 p.m.-9:30 a.m.; Night & Day Combo is 5 p.m.-4 p.m.
A Girl’s Place • Arequipa • Cordelia Outdoor Center • Hayward Cabin • Rainbow’s End • The Cove • Twin Canyon
The reservation periods for Lou Henry Hoover are: Single Night is 6 p.m.-9:30 a.m.; Day is 10 a.m.-1 p.m; Night & Day Combo is 6 p.m.-1 p.m.
Online Reservations through 12/31/13
This is the preferred method. It’s faster and easier for you, less expensive for the council, and it’s green.
- Click on the rental directory to select a property site(s) and learn about its location, features, accomodations, and rental rates.
- Click your user group's “Reserve Now!” button to go to the online reservation site.

Offline Reservations through 12/31/13
Fax or mail the Property Reservation Form to the San Jose office. Reservations cannot be taken over the phone. Mailed and faxed reservations may take two to three weeks to process.
